i have a leaky injector,i get them cleaned and tested and they are tested as fine..they are reinstalled,next day leaky injector...the dealership that did the job is saying there must be a fault with the injector and a long drive sets them off...is this possible or have i been screwed??

lol @ kmc mechanics...thats why its at port

yeah its a v6 vienta 94 model...whats happening is first thing of a morning or after sitting for a while the car starts terrible..i.e winds,chokes and blows black smoke so its flooding...for some reason they are leaking into the system...
they were removed flow tested and pressure tested cleaned and assured they werent leaking then i drive it home and im back to square one the following day...the dealer has told me they are faulty and that a long run home must have set the drama off again

Check the vacuum hose to fuel reg ?? If it has fuel in it ??
Chances are the diaphragm in fuel reg is faulty...Leaking...

Check injector loom.. Any earth or short will activate injector/s..
Try node light in injector plug to see if it's pulsing..

Sounds crude . . . But, if you attach a longer hose and suck on it while the car is running - if you taste fuel, the diaphragm is ruptured.
