The reason for the s**t idle would be because you reset the ECU on the weekend (the reset procedure is simply d/c the battery!!)

Give it some time :)

I found that disconnecting the battery for a short time can make it run ALOT worse than if you leave it for a few hours. I changed over a dead battery one day and had the power off for about 3 minutes in total. When I reconnected it the thing was running like s**t, constantly stalling far beyond just relearning and holding the revs at 1500-2000 when it wasnt stalling in neutral. I took the battery back off and left it for a few hours and it came good. (good being the general relearn proceedure)

I don't know if it half reset it or what, but it certainly wasn't happy.

If it doesnt come good in a day or 2 I'd leave it off over night and see how it goes

Just be sure to retrain the ECU in the art of idling after you have had it disconnected. When you first start it up, try and show her as many different conditions as you can, asap. In gear/in P, a/c on, a/c off, power steering load and combinations of all these.
