WTF is it I have noticed it & I dont know if its my car or pikers cars infront of me but its that f@rt smell.

apparently its the sulphur in the fuel. could be crappy fuel quality that makes it stronger than normal.

I don't seem to notice the unleaded smell much these days. I use to hate being behind cars thru the 90's (especially commodores) because the smell was so unbareable back then. I guess we can thank emission controls for the reduce in it's smell.

Yeah its Hydrogen Sulfide also known as rotten egg gas. I think it may be a by product of the catalytic process. My eb sometimes gives off a slight whiff, but it is the commodores which are really on the nose.

if ur exhaust has a hole in it (like mine) the smell would leak out more often and makes ur car stink like s**t.......time to replace the exhaust or cat if u need to.

i hate that smell and smelly creeks too! i just blame the mrs for it, though it normally ends in a slap in the head
