Well its time to get rid of the morristech ecu and install an autronic smc which i purchased,I'm after some recommendations of tuners in adelaide who specialise in fords.

k.p.m. in kings park might be worth a call. ive had a little bit to do with them, prety pricey but i couldnt complain about the service.

You might say that,the first time i had it installed and during tuning it detonated and blew both head gaskets and scorched the bore so i was up for another rebuild,then when i finally got it tuned thru the map sensor it would run rough when cold always stall when put into drive,surge when driving at 70+ k's and ping at high rev,i took the car to another tuner and they tuned thru the tps runs alot better but seems really hard too start and breaks down and backfires over 4000rpm + my auto has never been the same since it likes too change back into third then back too fouth every now and then while i'm slowing down my econ-pwr doesn't work car is stuck in econ mode and now when i engage my shift kit it goes into limp mode,spent over 3grand on this morristech so i've bought an autronic so fingers crossed it should run alot better and maybe more kilowatts.

another vote for Bruce's abilities. He isnt the best at his PR skills but he knows his s**t.
He has an XYGT replica with some serious ponies. Plus he has tuned some seriously powered xr6 turbos and typhoons etc.

i live in paralowie 5mins from towler but i still drop my car off at lonsdale at heinrichs.towler is over priced,over rated i.m.o.

Take it to an Autronic recognised tuner, they are one of the best systems about but expensive.
Graham West would be the closest. Sounds like you got screwed by AMMR like I did, useless moron he is. Reason mine didnt run well is most probably the same as you, he used the pip base dizzy signal not the SP OUT signal to advance the ignition, I found out that when I pulled my Morristech unit out. Graham from Advance did your engine didnt he ?
