Hey, the camshaft on the 3.9 EA motor I've got in the shed has a little bit of surface rust on it. is it anything to worry about? what should I do? Should I replace the camshaft? Will a Tickford 4.0i Camshaft fit?

If its just a bit of surface rust (i.e. no pitting) it should be fine
