they make them for the EL V8, tail pipe and main section will fit.
You just need to have the Y section cut.

A question... Is an off the shelf system needed, or do you just really want one?

a 3' is not to big for an I6. my car is testament to this, however sumtimes the exhuast will 'knock' but this is bery minor. it is and off the shelf item but considerably more expensive. around 1000 dolar mark.

I think he was saying 1k is a fair bit for an exhaust, with no headers, not stainless and polished. There's not really any point, unless its a show car, or the rest of the underbody has had the same treatment.

Your a tool if you think 3inch is too big for an n/a 6.. dont even say 'backpressure' either.. or i will slap you.. its a rumor.
My car is also testiment to that..
and it cost $580 for a custom made mandrel bent system.. cat back, i gave them the 3inch highflow cat to put in...
And dodes is right, the 3inch exhaust note owns a 2.5inch exhaust note.
