I was just wondering what exhaust shops in the Sydney area can do a 3" inch mandrel bend??

Any info would be great. Thanks

Most exhaust shops have mandrel benders??? I thought most had press benders... and ordered the mandrel through a supplier?

Cheers

There's no way that most exhaust shops have mandrell benders! Specially since most exhaust system (factory replacements) which are the bulk of there work are press bent, and sports exhaust are generally off the shelf now and so come from the factory mandrell bent.

well since this is an exhaust thread i figured to ask my exhaust question in here.
ok, i went to repco (yet again) and decided to abuse my powers of the all mighty discount card...so i got a quote for the rear 2 parts of the exhaust (from the back of the cat to the tail pipe, i think thats it) and i was quoted $160 (well $158) for it...also, its lukey as well.
is it cheap? i got another quote from an exhaust shop to have a redback exhaust system installed and a set of pace maker extractors...all fitted with a 3 inch tip.

What Lukey system? They do bundles. I mean if that's just there original replacement with glass pack mufflers then why bother? Or is it one of there bolt on sport systems?
