macqarther parts plus narrellan do 5 spd conversions... $1100 all parts supplied.. $1500 installed roughly... Drive in auto jive out 5spd.. 3.5 hour job... And i would know... They did my 5spd conversion!!! (EF Fairmont) Still goin strong after- 60+ runs down the quater... 7+ 2min burnouts... (WSID over the last 5 months) |

my 2nd hand clutch lasted 2.5 monthes... poor thing...
is now a heavy duty daiken clutch.. much better.. |

actually macarthur parts plus have an EF manual down there at the moment. so give em a call to find out more

I just called wollongong parts plus and they want 1550 for the kit plus a further 600 installation fee!

Have you considered doing thwe conversion yourself ? I have very limited mechanical knowledge and was able to convert my EA, it's just nuts and bolts afterall.
Good luck with it, deffinately a worthwhile mod. |
