What is the minimum "must modification" for our falcons.....

I say its a must for all falcon owners to get the K&N panel air filter (or pod), extractors/exhaust and lower suspension.

Can anyone suggest any real "must modifications" or challenge my must modifications?

I'd probably say exhaust. Catback, full job with extractors, whatever - just get her making some noise and free up the power a bit.

Air filter im not convinced. The stock paper jobs arent too restrictive... tests have shown K&N flow better but also do a much much worse job of filtration.

MUST is to attend to the cooling and make sure you dont have air in the head to blow the gasket and crack head.
next is WHEELS....tyres...standard are S H I T
Upgrade the shocks/struts/ supension for sags.
OH yes nearly forgot the crappy brakes. most good improvements are $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ but better discs and pads is cheap.
Tinting............ enough said
music............... ICE is a must
if not standard then CRUISE..

on any ford, even with hubcaps, a set of lowered springs/shocks will do wonders.
next thing would be the full exhaust system.
