I got all my gear of an e-series member in victoria when i had my first car an EB series I 3.9l CFI. All up i payed $200 and postage was about $35 from vic to brissy. List of items i got was

1) A/C Bracket(mpi models compressor sits lower to clear the throttle body)

2) MPI Oil Dipstick ( Different shaped for manifold clearance)

3) MPI Distributor ( Has a different chopper disk)

4) MPI Fuel Pump (Runs a higher pressure than CFI)

5) MPI wiring loom for injector rail, sensors, tfi module etc.

6) MPI ECU (Different fuel maps etc than the CFI ECU)

7) MPI Throttle Cable (About twice as long as the CFI cable)

8) MPI Heater Pipe that comes from thermostat housing

9) MPI manifold including throttle body, injector rail, injectors, sensors and fuel regulator.

10) MPI Airbox with snorkel, bolts and intake hose.

That's about it from memory.
