Did the search, no joy. can I use the AU11 coil pack on my EF as long as I use the leads as well? I know the EF coil has male and the AU coil female plugs. Is the loom plug different? Looking for reliability.

Have to mod the loom as the loom plug is different.

If it's just the plug, is the wiring the same and will the ecu have no problems with that?

Yeah Im pretty sure its the same.

4 wires on each one from memory. 1 power wire then 1 wire for each pair of coils.

Not sure if the coil packs are different inside though.

I'm having similar dramas. EL motor into EF. Change dizzy for cas, change loom, change hbp and toothed cog for cas, coil pack yahda yahda. Fun, isn't it?
