I have a wierd problem with air-con vents.i am getting now air-flow from the dash vents when recirc is on and the aircon.I have airflow with the windscreen and floor vents just not the dash ones.i have checked the hose going to the heater tap and intake manifold that someone suggested last week.could it be the dash controllers themselves?Ford charge 300 bucks for them. And would this be a auto sparky job to fix

have u had the dash out? check all the vaccume hoses behind the aircon box. Then in ur engine bay there should be 2 more vaccuume hoses i think so try them and c if they have fallen out coz it is not uncommon!

what car is this on? if it has climate control it could be a computer/electronic problem.

screw $300 from ford, try some wreckers first. although second hand, it'd be worth a punt than paying the rip off price from ford.

might seem stupid, but are the vents open?

And when you do have it on face, where is the air coming out? Demister, feet or both?
