Hey just wanted to know whether to get a k@n pawl filter or the oppolo cold air induction has anyone tried these do they work or one better than the other

OK, I assume that you mean K&N Panel Filter not a K@N Pawl Filter but what is oppolo Cold Air Induction.

K&N Panel filter will flow no better than the stock Ryco paper panel filter. Only advantage is that they are washable and therfore reusable. But you need to oil them to make them work.
As for the K&N APPOLO Cold air induction, it uses a Pod filter. You would have a bit of work making it fit. Does your ute use the BBM or a Log Manifold. Have a look at this. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PAIxeQUSg-Q |
