OK . Cam . i looking to get my hands on a cam buy the weekend.. nothing over the top and what roughly is involved in changing it over from stock.... i just wont something that will help it pull a little harder... do i need to adjust my timing and s**t or will it all fit together with the stock timing chain gear. i just blew a head gasket so i figured would be a good time to replace the old cam with something a little better. dont wont to have to replace heaps of s**t as funds aren't the best best i only a first yr apprentice... what is a suitable cam for basically just a change over..... responce asap would be greatly appreciated

you will need to advance the timing to get the most out of the new cam.. it is also reccomended you dial it in with a vernier gear.

A cam taht will swap straight in is a crow stage 2.. or any billet cam..

A regrind cam is much cheaper but you need to shim the lifters.
