Hey fellas.

Ive got 2 Questions and im hoping you would be able to give me some advice.

Ive got a Series 2 Au falcon Forte.

ive replaced the spark plugs, leads, and coilpack and it was all running sweet until about 2 months after. id find it hard to start and mainly on a hot day. have a massive flat spot when taking off. i would accelerate and it would seriously take 1-2 seconds to take off. and it runs real sluggish.

ive noticed my starting problems have stopped after ive put 95 fuel in instead of 98. but was working fine before ?

Im not sure if its dirty injectors since ive run the car really low on fuel for a while now.

My second question is, after i fixed that issue. im planning on buying a cam with huge overlap and im just wondering whats involved and what is needed to change the cam. ? like would i need cam seals, gaskets etc ?

Thanks :)

So... any resolution on this??

- it's good manners to post fixes to help others in future.
