Hey guys I've gotta 1998 el running an au intec head and block basic cam grid but stock I.have been given an ef tickford .head looking to spend sum cash want to p&p flow test skim head bigger valve springs and new cam or should I spend it on the au tho it's non tickford thanks

Work the au head they are a better design to begin already have the larger exhaust valves like the older tickfords too.

Cam's are cheaper for e series heads though. Lol.
