Hi guys, just sorting out this knock sensor I have searched on here but no one really seems to have given me what I'm looking for, basically (EL blue/black , blue /red) AU (yellow, yellow/red) which ones go where??

I retap the block and use the EF/EL knock sensor. Someone here used the AU Sensor, Check the AU/EF-EL engine install threads.

yellow/red goes with blue/red and blue/black goes with the straight yellow that's what I did with au knock sensor to the el loom.

when i did my conversion i didn't need to drill/tap a thread, i just unscrewed the AU one and screwed in the EL one. from memory, the AU sensor came off and left a stud, i unscrewed this and the thread in the block matched the EL sensor.

You had an AUI block. AUII/III have a different thread.
