Where are they prone to rust? So I can keep an eye on it..My car is under a carport anyway

The panels are thinner than on E series and the paint isn't laid on as thick as on the earlier cars.

the front doors where the hinges are can rust pretty bad as well as the boot.

Only rust i found was caused by the battery leaking onto my tray, and just a small 50 cent peace rust on on my sill,

Ride: NF Fairlane Ghia

I personally dont like the looks of the AU and why spend like $3-5K on a AU falcon when for that kinda money you could buy a good EL fairmont Ghia or a NF NL Fairlane Ghia you know think of the features you get in the e series models for the same dollars power windows leather interior automatic climate control cruise control woodgrain were as in the AU you get power windows for front only and climate control yep thats pretty much it unless you spend even more $$ on the AU fairmont/Ghia

personally the best looking model car ford ever made atm is the NF Fairlane Ghia im not to fond of the NL's new grill personally i like the NF grill more and if you get the NF is cardinal red and lower it with some mags and OH Sh*t it looks good

and when going to buy your first car ask ya self a few questions i wished i asked my self when i bought my first car before i went and bought my second car
1: what will i be using the car for
2: will my m8's want a lift
3: is it roomy enough for my m8's if we go on a big trip to somewhere or whatever
4: does the car require much work if so can i do this work/willing to learn
5: if your gonna get the car lowered does it have the limited slip diff so if it gets stuck it will be easier to get out
6: will it be better than all my m8's cars (speed, looks etc) good thing to be able to beat ya m8's in these things as you's will be in a competition to have the best car and eventually you's will both have sick cars you will find this will help you keep in touch with them as yous age and separate from each other as you grow older
