Hey guys im repaceing the head gasket on my EF XR6 cause iv run out of idears as to why my liftets are ticking any way im go to replace it with an AU III metal head gasket and wanted to know what are the best headbolts to use ef ones or au ones

if you order EF ones, you'll receive AU ones.

You'll possibly need to grind the captive washers down to suit the cam towers.

yep, they are all the same, just TTY bolts, make sure you do em all up correctly though.

Yeh got a decent torque wrench and dial guage so should be good
