BA i6 Fuel consumption - is this high?

Last week I went through 58 lts of fuel and only got 240 kms.... this is taking deliveries though... 5km trips through backstreets. (this is the worst fuel consumption I've had out of the EA)

On the highway its a different story, I can get it to sit around 8-10 lt/100kms... but I hardly do any highway driving.

This is what i think is happening to me. It sucks living close in town cause werever I drive, the engine dosen't get up to temp which means it's running rich. plus the stopping and starting.
Gotta get a bike or something cause its no good for the car doing all these little trips.
