Ive heard that putting a blanking plate under your Idle Control Solanoid with a couple of 1/8" holes in it will help as the ECU no longer has as much control over your idle, but it can still up it a little when you run your AC. You then up your idle manually by moving the stop screw, but be careful as ford generally locktite these in and I broke mine on my XF

If you really want to know, rev your car up in Park or Neutral and then put it into Reverse or Drive, 3, 2 or 1.
I DON'T RECOMEND DOING THIS THOUGH AS YOU ARE LIKELY TO DO SOME SERIOUS DAMAGE!

Good idea about the blanking plate.
If you do play with the idle screw, i recomend you reset your tps.
I know you can squeeze some more response out of your car by finding a sweet spot with your tps. I dont remember the exact voltage tho :roll:

this blanking plate to increase the idle! would that work with a stock cam aswell! cause i am having problems with a bad vibration in drive! but it is not as bad when the idle picks up!

Prob not, a cammed car has iissues with a low vacume, so a bad idle.
