Hi All,

I have a BF Falcon that stalls once in a while.

Mainly at low speed. Like if I pull up at the lights - it will shudder then stop.
Once I start it again it goes ok.

I got the following codes after getting it done at super cheap:

P1270 ( engine speed rev / limiter reached )
P2110 ( throttle actuator control fault ( TAC ))
P1507 ( idle air control fault ( IAC ))

Any ideas appreciated.

Thanks.

Check your PCV valve, the TPS (Throttle Position Sensor) and check the HEGO (O2 Sensor).
While you are at it, check that the inlet manifold bolts are tight. Check the Air Filter and make sure it is clean then check the rubber seal from the Air cleaner intake to the Throttle body and see if it is okay.

BTW, you can remove the O2 Sensor and give it a clean then see how that goes? You would be surprised how much difference it can make :)

One other thing may help, fill the tank and put a bottle of Injector clean in it then take a good long drive.

You need a scan tool to check the function of the accelerator pedal switch, it does multiple functions.
