Cpsi stands for cells per square inch. So less cpsi reults in a raspy exhaust note. My 200cpsi is pretty raspy as is. I dont know how much raspier the 100cpsi is. And also, correct me if im wrong but arent exhausts the same for turbo and na for ba/bf? There is a guy on ebay that sells twin 2.5" and 3" exhausts for the turbos. I guess it doesnt really matter anyway as theyre gonna have to weld in the new cat and could just modify it for the turbo exhaust. I'll see if i can pull out a link...

Cheers

Sam

I had seen that one, Though it was the Does not suite N/A which put me off. So you guys saying it will. So the Cat will have to be welded on, I am going to pop into fat pipes tomorrow and have a few words with the boys up there.

Sorry mate but if your only making 157rkw, I would really suggest a different tune... Cos at those mods you must definitely have it tuned wrong. X3 Flasher Will give you approx 20-30kw @ the wheels depending on your mods, Though you should be doing 157rkw easy without a tune.

Sorry for double post though i just hit a snag.

Some reason i have just found my Passenger door and R/L door both don't lock when using the central locking or key. I can't even hear the faintest sound from the doors where as you normally get some sort of Click/Clunk. Any ideas?

hey lads quick update on my mates car.. When he went to prodyno on thursday he had, Growler CAI,pacemaker 4490 extractors, hiflow cat and 2.5" (press bent exhaust) and generic tune.

Anyhow did a dyno run as it was and wheeled off a neat 160rwkw. Stage 4 atomic cam shaft and valve springs installed. With abit of tuning it wheeled off 178rwkw.. Anyhow it was struggling to make power and well it just wouldnt.. Removed filter.. no change. Unbolted exhaust after extractors. First run 210RWKW!!!!

Being a press bent exhaust in some places it was varying down to 2". Custom made a 3" exhaust and bolted it up. abit of tuning and hello 206.9rwkw.

Just goes to prove that if you wanna make power n/a do NOT! be a tight a** when it comes to intake and exhaust.. 22rwkw lost due to a press bent exhaust.. also fuel consumption was up SH*ts creek..

Not bad cost either full custom exhaust, stage 4 cams, atomic valve springs and xcal 3 plus tune for 5g.

Is that the full exhaust only? If so then that's quite overpriced... 4490's only cost around $400 and a high flow cat tops will cost $300. To get some mandrel bend pipes and a couple mufflers going from the cat back, I think 2.8 grand is asking a bit much...
My mate got his full exhaust done with quad mandrel stainless steel pipes the whole way for just over 2 grand. But that's in Melbourne... Doubt price would change that much though?

3.5g is for 4490 Headers, 3" High flow Cat, 3" Mandrel Bent Catback Exhaust, Under drive pulleys, Growler intake (Still not sure if i am going with this intake yet), Atomic Stage 4 Cams and Atomic Valve Springs.

Once i have all this done ill bee looking at around 1g for flash, tune and dyno.

I'm not sure how much cams and valve springs cost but that does seem a good price cause Growler alone is like $600.
