hey guys,
i need to bypass my heater box as there is no heater box in my car,
im building a track car its a series1 eb falcon, im running an ef xr6 tickford engine / t5 with a full ef loom and dash i just want to know if there is a better way of bypassing the heater then with heater hose ie a pre-made moulded hose or maby a solid pipe the hole way around the engine rather then any hose.. or no pipe at all? if any one has done this or seen it done could you please let me know how it is done ..

Thanks kaino...

btw - I had a quick search but didnt come up with anything

There is nothing available stock.

You can either just join it with a hose or modify the steel pipework.

You realy only need the small hose bypass to loop around to allow circulation while the thermostat is closed.

Remember that there is very little water circulation when the heater tap is closed, water only circulates througn the heater hoses when the tap is open. You will want as little water as possible bypassing the motor if you are using it on the track.
