but its not worth the effort putin a ef-el xr cam in a ea! not much difference!!! so im lead 2 belive!!!!!!!!

your asking a very subjective question
what mild cam do you want (what profile number - check there website)? what mods have you done to your car? A standard xr6 will pull around 110rwkw. With a mild cam youd get somewhere around 120rwkw.
