What do you mean you " Changed your ignition over" ????

Did you change the whole Ignition barrel assembly????

Did the car go before you replaced it????

Why didn't you re-peen the contact plate back in place??? Thats what I've had to do to fix them before.

key on? first click or second?

You need to have the full acc ' on for around 30-40 mins on an EF.

The smartlock jewel should flash rapidly and then stop after the time is up.
the door locks should cycle *leave a window open*
then crank *do not turn off then crank*

Have you checked ALL fuses, including the ones in the engine bay?

so will see in 40mins, but the smartlock jewel still doesnt flash rapidly though,
