everytime on a hot or warm day i always gotta top up my watertank cause the cooling light comes on in the dash and it just pushes the water out the overflow cap so im just wondered could it be the thermos getting worn out and is it something else.

pressure test it. check for leaks. if none flush it out properly and put good quality coolant in and replace the cap. when i bought my EB it was doin the same thing but the radiator was leaking so 190 dollars later for a new cap and radiator and some new coolant she's all sweet. and that was 10 months ago

well i rebuilt it couple of months ago so it cant be a head gasket its different a cooling issue ive got here and already change the cap on it but it seems to push the coolant back out of the cap or overflow so im guessing the thermos aint doing there job or the radiator.

try a radiator and run the thermos to direct 12v power to see if they are turning on
