I have a crow cam (222825) and just wondering if I can put it into my ef xr6?

Yeah mate it will go straight in and work no worries, but as to weather it will give any advantage, I'm not sure without seeing the specs of it, and the specs of the EF XR6 cam.

Valve timing IN. 22/64 EX.65/15
Duration 265 260
.75 duration 196 196
L/c 113
Valve lift .489" .489"
Power range 1000 3800
It's going onto a slightly ported head

will run without an issue. thats a very mild cam by the look of it. probably even run off the stock ecu.

ef futura, pacemakers, 2.5inch catback, k&n panel filter and 3.45 lsd. extractors/cat, ticky head, custom cam grind, t5. now onto cosmetics.

There is a really bad idle ever since I put the cam in how can I fix that? Thanks

reset your base idle, and give the ecu a little time to learn. if that doesnt work you will need a j3
