I've got a 1987 Flalcon S Pack and everytime the car runs, the engine shakes roughly, as though it is going to stall. Anyone know what it could be? I know there are numerous things that it could be but I was just hoping that someone out there could shed some light on it. Theres no overheating or crap like that... Just a nervous engine.

check your leads and sparkies as Benji suggested. maybe the dizzy cap or dizzy itself.....that as my problem last time. check the fuel line. im not sure if u have a tp but if u do check it and clean if u can. air filter as well.

has the car been driven lately? or been sitting around for a long time? if it hasnt been started for a while means the car requires a bit of a drive to settle in.

hope that helps

phong =P~

Is it an EFI motor? And I assume you mean running rough at idle and just off idle?
