 i just bought this car had no problems with it up until now and i relle need to resolve this issueSYMPTOMS:: when i turn the key to start i get no clicks and brake fail lights up I HAVE CHECKED::: Battery full, replaced starter so im stuffed when i turn the key the headys dim so the power is going sumwhere just dont know whats happenin |

may be a faulty BCM. while trying to crank the engine hit the dash just above the handbrake. remember while cranking

did u refit the small wire to the starter solenoid

ok BCM ??? and starter solinoid meaning the little thing attached to the starter then yeh i hooked it up properly

tried the givin the BCM a lil knock nuffin the starter clicks and then nuffin i relle need help on this issue if anyone wold like to have a look i live in raceview

Does the interior lamp bulb work and have you managed to test the blade fuses on the lower right side of the steering wheel?

ill be surre to pound the s**t out of it meantime would a faulty bcm explain wat happend to me last week here i was outside repco just brought her a new batt and i decided to install it rite there and then so i took the oldie out and put the new one in but when i hopped in to my surprise i had A/C light on both hazzos stuck on solid not blinkin and a pile of random warning lights and no interiour light and ALL without the key in the ignition i put the key in turned to reds and got the same thing

i waited half and hour grabbed sum maccas and returned and she started the whole brake fail when crankin situation explained above so i had the poor girl towed

check interior ligth fuse left hand side below steering wheel, if its blown car wont go, atleast on ef el's
