Does it take much for a BA pipe to go on? do you have to mod it to fit? or is it a straight bolt on?

i don't have a BBM equipped car, but i have seen E-series with them fitted, hyena has one on his EF and looks quite neat.

I'm pretty sure it goes on okay, but the bit of flexi hose has the be stretched a bit or something. You would imagine it would be a better setup as its newer too

I wouldn't mind trying it myself, but I'm broke!

Must go alright if they have them on the XR6turbs and hyena is flowing 170+ rwkw through it.

i cant believe everyone is still going on about which air intake is better and what snorkel is the best. i think waggin said that his old set up was good for 180rwkw and the stock intake pipe was not affecting the flow.

i think its a much of muchness i changed to the el one caus it looks neater and is easier to take off but didnt make any difference to power or economy in my case.

I replaced my complete intake with an EL one and I thought the car beathed and responded better. I think I get better mileage too.
11.6 L/100km. Used to stay at around 12.9 L/100km or over.

I'm thinking of turfing out the K&N and putting a paper one back in. What is the best paper filter you can get these days?

I've got both the EF and EL intake systems I'm trying to work out whats better, I have ran the EF setup for a while and just put the EL intake back on can't really notice any difference but have to dyno run both intakes to see the difference in power if any.
Going to make a custom intake using a mix of EF EL & BA intakes then book a dyno run & tune the cam with Jay from RPD
