Hey guys.
Lately when i drive in econmy the car is so s**t its annoying. U will be driving along and put ur foot down a bit and the car will studder a bit untill it decides to drop back a gear. Then later i came round the roundabout and touched the accelerator and the box clunked as if there was a big hole in it or something. I decided to drive in power and everything is all ok. Whats going on????

yeah im also thinking the same. Today i noticed that if i drive in power it will be curising at 70k/h in 4th and then if i flick the switch it will drop to 3rd.

yeah, a proper flush, not just a pan change. a flush will need about 17L to 20L of fluid to do right. a pan change will only do about 4.5L leaving the 6L in the box.

i'm not sure if the EF box has external band adjustment, but if it does make sure the bands are adjusted properly.
