Hi all
The idle of my falcon is higher then it was before doing the headgasket/reco head. when the car is in "D" and stopping at the lights for example the Idle is about 1200RPM and slowly goes back down to 700RPM within few second's it's being doing this for over a week on LPG and Petrol.

My Question is will a leaking Inlet Manifold gasket corse this to happen.
Or should l do a ECU reset throttle position sensor reset?

Thank,

if it goes down then its normal,,if stays up then its not normal,,it stays up for a short burst for emissions purposes.

If the battery was disconnected and its only been a day or 2 since the head was finished the KAM (Keep Alive Memory) has to re-learn. Taked about a week with normal driving.

Mines got the same issue, but the headgasket AND manual conversion was done at the same time, so now i have sticky revs between gear changes too.....
