hi to all i am casper from christchurch new zealand i have a 1996 ef xr6 falcon i am having problems with the hydraulic lifters going tick tick tick i have flushed the engine put a heavier grade of oil in an oil treatment still doing it i am having one finding out the price for new lifter an were to get them from please i really need help on this it driving me crazy

Part numbers either VL390 or VL4000 depending on size.

Your local supercheap auto should be able to order them for you.

He requires 11mm as it is EF.

Supercheap will rip you off as will Repco, check with Bursons if you don't want to go via E Bay.

Well that would be the VL4000 then.

Only suggesting supercheap as it would be local, which I personally prefer.

Hey man I'm in chch to I put a set of Au lifters in my EF and they worked a treat...Hit me up if you still need a hand it's a basic job...
