this is a very common post, buuut, most people will agree that the standard falcon exhaust is as flowing as a condom, so a good set of extractors, hi-flo cat, and a 2.5" pipe will give it a kick in the pants.

P.S. if your after realy cheap, the just search "airbox mod" here and you will find heaps of the for around $20.

hope it helps.

2.5" exhaust $200-300
pacemaker extractors $400-500
XR8 snorkel $35-45
k&n panel filter $100-$120
shiftkit (shiftkits.com.au) if auto)

there around the cheapest I can think off.

High flow cat and a standard cat "according" to people (usually pod filter user ppl, cough cough) its good.

But according to real figures, theres under 1rwkw difference between a shortened stock (or au one if u want so its newer) then a hi-flow. that and $200+ on it. And realistically your not giving the car any backpressure with such a free-flowed system in the end so ive been told a couple times.. im sure it'll be argued on but from what ive read and spoken/been told it seems to be pretty much right

yea thats wat the guy that put my exhaust on said...so i think that'd be rite...as he could've got extra $$$ installing that with my system

Oi what do the shift kits do anyway? They are cheap as chips on that site, so I'm guessing not alot.

You hook up the shift kit, to your ECU and it changes the gears, from changing slowly to changing though the gear quicker.

cost around $10 buck to make..

nah not a mandrel bend, not at that price, it cost $300 for my standard 2.5inch sports exhaust with the oval tip
