even by a cam manufacturer ??

I think people might have gotten confused with the Base circle diameter of the cam lobe being larger in the AU

Base circle in the au is smaller. 1.8" vs 2.1" for e series. I was thinking they had it confused with the crank mains.

You sure on that? I was sure I'd read it was larger on AU.

My logic also agrees with it, but perhaps my logic is wrong, or missing some detail....
With a lower ratio rocker it would require a large base circle to keep the HLA's in contact with the valve tip. (this is assuming HLA's are same length, and no major changes in geometry of the rocker arm apart from length beyond the pivot)

Im positive. Thats how i measure them to tell the difference when i get regrinds 2nd hand.
