Can anyone tell me if Its worth swapping the EF TB to Airbox piping to the EL model? Does it have better airflow? I heard that because EL has single pipe and does not split like the EF that it has better flow. And is it worth getting a Hyclone?

better than fitting the factory EL intake piping get some 3" piping that doesn't change the size all the time like the factory ones.

The large intake pipe(collector) that sits on EF's rocker cover's is used to increase bottem end torque (used on alot of jap 4cyl EFI 4WD's eg. daihatsu feroza). Alot of 4WD magazines i have read refer to them as a torque airflow box........

The single EL pipe will give better top end performance but the EF pipe will have better low end power...

cheers................
