My el shat itself and now it doesn't start. I replaced the spark plugs and leads in the right order of course and it still doesn't start. The engine is turning over but it doesn't want to fire, when i stop trying to start it blows out the pressure through the air intake.

im thinking the same thing. try the coil first as we had the same trouble with our ed futura it would turn over but not start we thought it was the distributor but it was the coil. dont take the distributor apart and manifolds until youve tried the coil which you may get to underneth because hopefully thats all thats wrong
