as in the catch code? its 6DJA. theres 6DJB and 6DJC too, but there pretty much the same.

Thanks alfy, thats what I was after what is the difference in the other two?.
will an El XR6 auto ecu work in a Fairmont Ghia?. Did the XR6 have electric windows etc?. Thankyou again. |

i currently have an EL XR6 Manual ECU in my EL Fairmont Ghia. it runs perfectly fine, all the features work correctly. i cant remember if there are any major differences between the 2, and yes the EL XR's had power windows, front only though, although rear may have been an option.

The second two are revisions of the first.
The xr6 ecu will work in the ghia, will be even better if you have the late model ghia with the hybrid tickford engine. ECU has nothing to do with the electric windows. |
