I was just wondering if the EL induction will fit under the bonnet of a TE cortina. I know it is not to hard to fit the engine but would like to put the later induction on. Was thinking of putting a phase 5 scoop on if I had to.
Any ideas?

Manifold should fit. XF efi manifold just fits. Main problem in cortys is firewall and heater box clearance.

Yeah been messing with the idea of injection on this cortina. The 250 injected engine is pretty good but I saw one that had the early e series motor in it and was supercharged. Got me thinkin' as to whether I rebuild the hot 250 that was in it, go injection or make it something completely different. Might need to sit down and do some research and writing etc.

the manifold will clear the bonnet provided you mount the engine low enough but it wont clear the heater box. the early manifolds clear the heater box but dont clear the inner guard without chopping.
