The only safe way to use pump e85 is to get an ecu with the flex sensor. E85 at the pump is generally watered back down to e70 in the winter months to prevent cold start problems.

Only Caltex Eflex is watered down to E70 and it's a constant E70. True flex fuels (E70 in winter, E85 in summer) are generally available in the USA and some parts of Europe.
For those of us able to have multiple tunes we can have one for E85, E70, PULP 98 and even a pov pack E10 94 tune at the flick of a switch l.

Eseries_man - I haven't changed anything but injectors and added the Flex Fuel Sensor.

Xcabbi - EFlex in Brisbane floats between 66 and 72%. Current batch I have is 72%. United, I've logged at a low of 88% and as high as 93%
