Hey guys! I'm removing a motor from an ef wreck I've been lazy and cbf getting under the car. Looms/brake lines/hoses tin snipped, tail shaft grinded off. front bar grinded off etc.

I was wondering if the stabiliser bar needs to come out for the gearbox to clear when I'm taking it out with the crane? So far I've barely got under the car as there's lots of leaves and grass and crap under it I'd prefor not to ;).

Is it possible to leave the bar in and hoist the motor/box out? It looks like it would be a lot less awkward with the bar out, as it looks to be taking up half the clearance, cheers

Sway bar can stay, no need to remove.
