According to the current Victorian rules a P plater cant drive a vehicle of # An engine of eight or more cylinders # A turbocharged or supercharged engine # An engine that has been modified to improve the vehicle's performance. And i think police would consider extractors and sports exhaust as a performance modification. I also reckon they will be even stricter on P platers after July 1st. yeah i called vic roads and yes they consider extractors and sports exhaust an engine mod. and yeah from what i hear its gunna suck if ya get ya P's after july 1 08

i did call vicroads and spin that s**t with them (well i said poor exhaust flow  ). they said they would have no prob if that is what i got em for BUT if the police wanted to give the $1100 and 3 points i wouldn't have a leg to stand on.

you wont be able to cover it because as soon as the cop looks under the car to check if you have a cat or not he would see the extractors i feel sory for you that you cant even have extractors even though they dont do to much and help the environment by redusing fuel consumption is s.a we can have any thing exept for blowers out the engin lol
