I done the cylinder compression test, all were around 198-203 but I put the spark plugs back on, the leads on and now it won't run well.

When I turn it on it runs really rough and almost stalls at points.

wtf is going on and how do I fix it?

tickford 6 mate thanks you were right.

I labelled them on the brackets they sat in and Kmart tyre and auto mixed them up.

I started it 2 or 3 times with the leads on wrong for around 4 second duration.

This won't have damaged my motor would it?

no damage will be noticed.
only could foul your plugs but for that short duration they would burn off the excess fuel.

yea if that fails. with car running remove 1 lead. if u notice a difference in idle than that means that lead is good if there is no defference that mean the cylinder is not firing
