Hey guys I was just wondering if I can bolt an ED falcon steering wheel onto my EB II fairmont??

Should fit on no probs, my concern is with the cruise, will it short it or keep it on or anything???

Is it safe??

You can, but why not fit a Fairmanot/Ghia cruise wheel?
