hey guys i want to fit my exhaust manifold back up but do it properly does any have tensions for:

Exhaust manifold

intake manifold

and the tension for how the intake manifolds split in half

exhaust manifold to head bolts - 27NM

Exhaust manifold flange
stud - 15Nm
Nut - 23Nm

heat shield 20Nm
oxygen sensor tension - 22NM

lower intake manifold to head - 20nm
upper intake manifold to lower manifold 20Nm
