Ha ha, and the NA power figures in excess of 200rwkw?
*waits for 4l fans to attack*

That's actually part 2 of an Autospeed article.
Interesting read, nothing groundbreaking but.

If you don't like JMM, that's your problem(s). Don't give everyone else the s**t and try and taint their gear becuase you have some sort of agenda against them. I have JMM products in my car and they are fine. Personally, I thought, for the money, it was great.

149 at the rears isn't mucking about by any means and it's equal or better than, what some other blokes with supposedly "better" gear in their car are getting.

Oh well, at least JMM can back their product up with actual PROOF!!! You know what you are getting and what to expect when you purchase something from them, Unlike some other companies that you car to mention who stilll, to this date, are unable to provide consumers with proof of power gains from their gear....!!!!!!! I would rather pay the extra asking for the R&D and assurance you get with their gear!!!

So lay off O.K. I'm F**k sick to death of it!!!

i wont quote power figures to you. but what i will garanty, and this is to any one, come to me with the cash that JMM wants and I WILL GET YOU MORE POWER FOR THE MONEY SPENT or THE SAME POWER FOR LESS

Dev 5 is $5790 fitted with 170 mock-o-watts

Isnt this JMM bashing getting old?

Get over it everyone - nobody is forcing anyone to shop there!

Aaah, mock-o-watts... funny story about that...

And yeah, it is getting tiring.
Everyone knows the price they ask.
Everyone also knows that there products do perform well.
Don't like it, don't buy there s**t.
Simple.

Also noticed $1900 for to retune the ECU :P

I can have a good laugh about it, but really they can charge whatever they like cant they. Some of us think its expensive and wouldnt bother, others dont want to be bothered and would rather hand over a check and let someone else worry about it. When you look around its the JMM dev cars that are getting the track times and I strongly believe this is because the performance upgrades they do are work together. How many package deals are there out there? look at some of the posts in the I6 section and you can see people making bad decisions all the time. Basically they use good parts in poor combinations and never see the full potential of the engine.

Im just saying that JMM might not be a great value for money deal, but some people could do a lot worse!

Maybe someone with some time on their hands can scan though the 3.9L/4.0L Inline 6 Modification Guide and come up with some combinations that work, contact the manufacturers, get some prices, and put together some fordmods 'dev' packages. Should be able to get a good range of combinations as we are not limited to a particular manufacturer.

there is no denying the JMM stuff works.
and like you say going through JMM avoids the mismatched parts some people end up with... But it does come with a sizeable price tag. for %90 of the JMM 'knockers' like my self the price is problem

putting together a FORDMODS parts suitability guide is a great idea.
it would go great with voxaces mod guide. hmmm "looks at teh large amount parts to sort through to get it done"

keep an eye out it may happen one day
