hey peeps well i need to know which way the bolt holding the balancer on turns to take it off? ( el motor ) out of car atm
ne help would be great and also the best way to get it off. replacing the gasket and guides. as well as all other gaskets. so head is off and motor is out of a car too .. cheeres peeps |

it turns aint clockwise and is a 22mm, get a decent quality socket and a air gun
|

got the bolt out ne way to get it off with out a puller?
save me a bit of cash if its possible? if not down to the shop it is |

You need the puller. Just did mine (my engine is out too)

the harmonic balancer puller are about $25 at Supercheap
u could use 2 large screw driver to pry it off evenly from both sides but be careful or else u might crack your timing cover

no worrries picked up one for 20 bucks from auto one.
came off no worries. got a price on new gudies chain etc $118 bucks but will talk to my mate who's a store manager at another auto shop tomoro see how much he can do it for. |
