Ive got my hands on a Ross-Tuffbond harmonic balancer for my BA 6cyl NA.

Before i install it, i want to know if i need to swap the pulley wheel on the alternator to a smaller pulley aswell. I know i need to change the belt too.

I was thinking that if i change the balancer to this aftermarket one im sure it will make the alternator run slower and on lesser power, which will affect its charge and possibly give me heartache with start-ups? Or am i wrong?

Has anyone had experience with playing around with their pulley setup. Do i have to change the alternator and water pump pulleys aswell???
