Hey, my 23 year old brother want to turbo his ba xr6 and he doesn’t want to sell because he loves his car so he would rather just turbo ita standard engine

Now he wants to know has anyone successfully turbo`ed a stanrded ba engine with the normal specs as stock turbo or close to and not had any major problems later on?
And if you did have problems what were they?
And what else is required other than slapping on a turbo and manifolds?


(we do no that we can put a turbo engine in but he wants to try go bout it this way first)

104ord has a turbo BA XT and bentls had a turbo XT aswell. there are quite few who have done it.
